Our Story — Why We Exist

Each of us has spent over 30 years leading change — building teams, scaling businesses, and trying to make ambitious ideas stick. Over time, we saw what happens when good intentions meet complex reality: the plans get bigger, the meetings longer, and the results slower.

Later, when we built and ran our own business, we saw the same pattern from the inside. Every period of growth seemed to come with more people, more processes, and somehow less productivity. It became clear that progress isn’t about adding — it’s about focusing. Doing the right things, quickly and well, and letting small wins build into something powerful.

Today, AI, RPA, process mining, and data — big and small — have opened incredible opportunities. But we also see how easy it is to get lost in endless (and yes, important) debates about architecture, vision, or security — while momentum quietly slips away.

Csaba is the quiet builder and doer — pragmatic, reflective, and deeply hands-on in how he helps businesses grow stronger through practical systems and continuous improvement. When he is not working he is either cooking or chasing two sometimes annoying dachshunds around the house.
